Hereof, do clown gobies eat pods?
I've got tons of pods, these are the first fish I've ever had in the tank and it's been a reef for almost 10 months. The little fish will eat flake and they have no problem coming to get it, but they don't eat much.
Also, do all gobies sift sand? This type of fish needs fairly small grain sand so they can sift it through their gills without damaging the membranes in their gills. Fine-grained medium (0.5-1.7 mm grain size or sugar-sized sand) is best for sand sifting fish such as Gobies.

Generally they are reef safe. I have never heard of them eating sps, but who really knows what is "reef safe." Everything eats something. I think you will be fine though. I heard just heard they can sometimes bother corals when they perch on them, shouldn't be a problem.
